LOVED our stay at this House!

I loved our stay at this cozy, comfortable home. In addition to being comfortable, the house is bright with alot of natural light, well appointed and very orderly. The kitchen had all we needed and more, and the outdoor space was so lovely with redwood trees tucked in the corner of a spacious yard with gardens and flowers. The house and setting were very quiet, just birds and squirrels despite being near a road. The neighborhood is also lovely. We enjoyed long walks in the area and on the bike path. And we especially loved that the house while the house was in a quiet setting, it was so very close (walking distance) to cool coffee shops, restaurants, grocery, fun stores, the Barlow and more. The owners are really conscious, friendly, thoughtful, easy going and interesting people. The type you'd want to have dinner with regularly :) Overall a great experience and highly recommended.

all you could need and then some

I stayed with T + N while in town for a seasonal job. Though my work kept me more outside than in the house, I was so utterly welcomed in and offered both company and privacy when needed. The room's in a corner of the tranquil house overlooking a large backyard with a kitchen garden. Sebastopol's a sweet town and a great middle b/w santa rosa and west county. A quick 3-5m drive puts you right in towneasily accessible by foot or bike too. T is a fantastic cook + artist, N is an awesome musician, and they have a wonderful family and community of people around themnothing felt nicer than coming home from pouring rain and a long day of work to a fire and evening chat. There's a professional music studio where they host rehearsals ~1x/week and the sound is well contained (you'll want to listen in though). They're proactive, considerate communicatorstruly no complaints, the best I've experienced with housemates. I look forward to visiting in the future!
