Matt was great to rent from. He responded very quickly if there was a problem and was always good for recommendations of things to do.

Great place to stay

This was a perfect place for me and my dog! The neighbors in the building were amazing and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. Matt is a great guy! He was friendly and very responsive the few times I had to contact him. I highly recommend this apartment for your short term needs, you will not be disappointed.

quiet and cozy

This 1+ bedroom apartment is centrally located so that you can be in Providence within minutes. It is set in a neighborhood that is quiet and very walkable. It is nicely set up and has many of the comforts that feel like home. Matt was wonderful in communicating and dealt very quickly with any issues. He takes pride in this place. We stayed 4 months and enjoyed the proximity to the bike path, the amazing Portuguese food up the street and the ability to get to a market within a few minutes. Walking distance is the post office, library and a very good coffee shop. Thanks for making it an easy transition from the west coast Matt!

The perfect apartment for my 3 month stay. Great location, loved having such a cozy and safe home away from home. The small fenced yard for my dogs was perfect. M was always helpful. The neighbors were great. I would definitely stay again!

Home away from home

Im a travel nurse and I stayed here for 3 months. The location was perfect and close to everything. The house was in pristine condition with comfy furniture and clean appliances. M was very dependable and prompt with responses. Quiet, safe neighborhood in close proximity to a bike path along the water. Would absolutely recommend!

Excellent place!

My fianc, dog, and I stayed here for a travel assignment and cant say enough good things! M was an amazing host, super responsive and helpful with anything we needed! The place is perfect with a super comfy bed and couch. Kitchen is well equipped, office is nice & spacious, bathroom is updated! The small fenced in backyard/porch with chairs was so great for the dog & such a nice area to hang out! The house is on a quiet street in a nice neighborhood close to parks, walking trails, and quick 5-10 minutes to fox point & downtown providence! I highly recommend staying here if you get the chance!

Cozy apartment perfect for two

Small, but comfy apartment on the second floor of a three-unit house. As a travel nurse, it is conveniently located just a couple minutes from the highway with easy access to surrounding hospitals. Blackout curtain in the bedroom and living room make it perfect for night-shifters. The owner is responsive and accommodating. Neighbors do each have dogs, but it is a generally quiet unit. Water heat/pressure is great, and the internet is fast. There are radiators for heat, but AC is through window units, but they are quickly supplied. Laundry located in the basement with new washing machine. Small office is perfect for anyone who works from home. There is a large closet space outside of the unit for extra storage. Most of the furnishings are brand new, or still in good condition.
