Nice little basement apartment in a quiet neighborhood. This post has a fireplace listed but only the pilot light operates. Its not actually a functioning fireplace for heat. You have no access to heat control. The thermostat is in the apartment upstairs. I used a space heater all winter for warmth. The upstairs units (there are 2 addl units so 3 total in this house) were a revolving door of AirBnB peoplenoisy, disruptiveand a few even ventured to the basement snooping around. I didnt have my door locked and someone came walking in! Then theres the noisy, barking, annoying dog next door!
