Small Ice Cube

The house is nice and well kept, but there are some issues. Water pressure in both sinks is not very good. Stayed there during a really cold spell. Both doors need more insulation. You can see daylight on the left side of the door. Front door is like a seive along the bottom. Watching tv is like a tale of two cities. Warm when the furnace is blowing hot air at you and cold when the breeze is blowing under the door and you feel the cold from the window beind the couch. Back bedroom stays warmer than front bedroom, but front bedroom has the much better bed.

3 stars due to vermin/insect issues during our stay/small kitchen space

Beautifully decorated, pleasant neighborhood, close to some restaurants and grocery shopping locations. Police/fire station a few blocks away. SMALL kitchen/eating area. Storage space for food/personal kitchen items very limited. Bedrooms had enough storage for clothing/shoes. A lot of items owner provided for a furbaby (we had no pets this stay). No pictures provided by owner but laundry room/area has a hole in the ground that empties water from pipes and I do not believe that would be safe for a curious cat. Pet gate is provided by owner but if I had my cats with me I feel they could have jumped that and tried messing with that area. MAJOR insect issues and owner was very attentive and called pest control but we continued having spider issues throughout stay. Mice were also present which again pest control was called. Some ended up caught with inhumane glue traps provided by pest control. During rain we had a frog in toilet. Large land/back yard. Owner is VERY helpful!
