This was my first assignment in the northeast and I was nervous about finding my bearings at first. Sean was kind enough to give me bunch of information about the area prior to my arrival. The home is beautiful and cozy. My time there was comfortable. I loved being close to the water. My pup loved our walks. It was also close to everything. I would love to stay there again if I ever find myself back in CT.

I stayed at this apartment during my contract with Yale from January 2024 to April, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience. From the beginning, the landlord was quick and fast as he promptly addressed all my needs throughout my stay. The apartment was beautifully maintained clean, comfortable, and with all the amenities you could ask for to feel right at home. What truly set this place apart for me, though, was the neighborhood. Its such a gem! Quiet, safe, and filled with charm, yet close enough to everything I needed. I loved taking strolls around the area

One of my best stays to date, 10 out of 10!

I recently had the pleasure of a short-term 4-month stay that was nothing short of delightful. The area was incredibly serene, offering a perfect escape from the daily hustle. I especially enjoyed the proximity to Nathan Hale Park to go fishing. The beach was just a short walk away. The landlord was exceptionally accommodating, making sure every aspect of my stay was comfortable. Their attentiveness and kindness truly made this experience stand out. I couldnt have asked for a better combination of relaxation and hospitality after working a long day.

Worst Property I have ever lived in

I stayed at this property for a nursing assignment; but was screwed out of another option for housing. The pictures look nothing like the property itself so don't let it fool you. There were remnants of food everywhere when we moved in, crumbs all over the couch, it smelled like pot everywhere. The pots and pans that were provided to us had crusted food all over them. The bed had a huge indent, with dirty linens on it. The washer and dryer smelled like body odor and regularly needed to be bleached. Yellow substance on the walls. We spent over a week cleaning it just to make it livable. The landlord will do anything to get more money from his tenants, and is not understanding whatsoever, basically ignoring our concerns. Just trust me, do not stay here.
