This a beautiful 4 bedroom ranch with a lovely flat yard and large deck. The house is very spacious and recently updated. The neighborhood is quiet and residential. It's a great area to walk the beach and enjoy the Connecticut shoreline. We have been renting short-term rentals for the past ten years to many wonderful renters.
