Enjoy a stay in our little blue bungalow a 2 bedroom 1 bath oasis perfect for a traveling professional single person a couple, friends or a family visiting to see the University of Oregon, watch a Track meet, compete and race or whatever brings you to our lovely Eugene, Oregon.

Living room offers comfy pottery barn couch and chairs, pillows, gas stove that is so toasty and warm, mini split for heating house or cooling with AC in the summer. TV has built in ROKU

Bedroom #2 is behind this door in the living room.

We equipped our little house with all the things we love and find helpful in day to day living. If we've left something out while you're staying please let us know so we can add it.

Office cozy room for reading, visitng, tea or enjoying some quiet time. Couch folds out into twin sized bed with all bedding in the closet: Down pillow, non down pillow, down comforter, new cotton linens and mattress (couch) cover. Natural light with pull down shades.

Bedroom #1 with Queen bed with new wooden bed frame, medium to firm comfy mattress with 2 down pillows and 2 non down pillows, down comforter and new cotton linens. Lots of natural light with black out shades for sleeping.

Good sized closet with plenty of hanging space, hangers, some hanging cubbies, a dresser and a laundry basket. clothing hooks behind the door and a mirror to the other side of the door.

Bathroom with tub and shower combo, new linens and shower caddy to hold personal shower items. Bathroom has blow dryer and some essentials for getting your stay started.

Bathroom has two doors and is accessible from bedroom #1

whoopsie the cleaner made it into the photo -shoot. Towels are a pretty yellow.

Bedroom #2 with Queen bed, new wooden frame that is solid with a new mattress that is medium to firm, 2 down pillows, 2 non down pillows and down comforter with new cotton linens. Lots of natural light with black out shades for sleeping.

Some natural light does come in through the upper left attic. Attic space is off limits to guests.

Closet with lights, mirror, dresser and plenty of room for hanging clothes with hangers as well as a laundry basket.

Dining area can easily seat 4 with folding chairs available as well as a desk/table in the office lounge area that can expand to hold up to 8 guests for a meal.

Kitchen with new appliances. Fridge, DW and Gas stove. Small appliances include: Toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, food processor, rice cooker, crock pot, blender and hand mixer. All the necessary dishes/pots/pans/cookie sheets and quality utensils for cooking/baking and enjoying lovely meals.

Laundry room with iron/ironing board, detergent, vacuum, broom/dust pan and mop.
Laundry room exits onto a little front porch. Door locks between kitchen and laundry room as well as this front door.

Side door is really the front entrance with a keypad and the coat/shoe closet upon entry.
