The place has had some renovations. It has a nice private courtyard and is completely fenced. If you have a dog, we have a dog door and there is no wall to wall carpeting in the place. The bedroom, though narrow, is nicely separately from the living area and kitchenette. We also have a brand new combination washer/dryer. It washes and drys slowly but works well.
