The Beautiful Casita with Private Patio

A Wonderful Stay

M & S were great hosts and so welcoming. Always made sure to respond quickly. The casita is a nice space of privacy next door to them. M & S are very quiet, the whole neighborhood is. The casita interior is updated and so nice with a full fridge and stove/oven. You have in unit washer and dryer. The bathroom is very spacious. And the bed is so comfortable. I loved the courtyard in the back also. M made sure to make the casita very enjoyable with the fruit fresh from her trees left for me when I got there to the filtered water in fridge and the water jug in the pantry to refill it with. If I ever find myself in Salinas again I'm going to be staying at the casita!

Wonderful Casita

This rental was great. The interior is very modern, wonderful shower, full kitchen, spacious closet and a nice backyard. It has all the accommodations needed. The host were great. Very responsive to all questions and concerns. Very private property. You have your own parking spot. If you are on an assignment I definitely recommend this place.

The Perfect Stay!!!

M and S are amazing hosts and made my time in Salinas the best - I am so grateful for their kindness and always making sure to respond quickly when needed. I enjoyed having my own private space but felt good knowing M and S were right next door. The space is newly renovated with in unit washer/dryer, brand new shower head, kitchen appliances, air fryer and the most comfortable queen sized bed. They thought to include many details that made for the perfect environment. I personally loved having blackout curtains on the bedroom window so I could sleep in on weekends, the 5 gallon water jug to refill, the outdoor courtyard and having plenty of storage space. They always made sure to get my mail if I wasn't home and would check in occasionally to make sure I was safe and comfortable. For anyone looking for a stay in the Salinas/Marina/Monterey/Seaside area, I can't recommend it enough!!!
