I just recently stayed here for a contract and it was exactly as described in the pictures. Newly renovated with everything you could possibly need. A and S were extremely prompt and helpful with anything I needed. The apartment is on the second floor of their residence in a very safe neighborhood. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a contract in the greater Boston area. The location is perfect for driving in to Boston or going down to the Cape for the weekend!
Me and my wife stayed at this property owned by A. He is very timely and helpful when having questions or issues. It was a great experience, everything described on FF was accurate and the apartment was recently renovated. The apartment is located above the primary residence of A and his family, they were quiet and very friendly. We talked with them several times and even had dinner a couple times together. Overall would recommend this property.
