Loved it! (super convenient & had everything)

Loved living here - it was super convenient, I could walk to the grocery store. The neighborhood is safe and lovely to walk in w/nearby park. Slept fantastic since it was so quiet. Owner was friendly and accommodating. Everything was in good working order during my stay. Had an outstanding time! Thank you

Home Away From Home

I had the pleasure of staying in this cozy, fully furnished rental for 6.5 months, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The space was incredibly comfortable, and the serene, wooded backyard made it feel like I was living in my own private cabinperfect for relaxation. The host was kind, responsive, and flexible, always making sure that any needs or questions were quickly addressed. I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. Now that fall has returned, I actually miss it!

Great space!

Great place to stay! The owner is kind, easy to communicate with and is flexible. I ended up extending my contract at Riverbend and he was able to extend my stay as well with no problems. The space is homey and has all the stuff you need. It's about a 20 min drive to Riverbend, no problems with traffic except the roadwork but the owner keeps up with it and lets you know of any changes. Definitely recommend!

Great Private Area

I stayed at this location for about 7 weeks while on contract at the University District hospital. The suite had everything I needed and allowed for privacy even though it is part of the house. The owner is kind and responsive. The location is a straight shot to the hospital and it takes less than 10 minutes to get there. It may be a bit too small for multiple people but is ideal if traveling by yourself.
