I enjoyed my stay here very much! The apartment itself is beautiful and modern. The landlord is very attentive and quick to respond to everything. I was so grateful to find a place that accepted pets which is so rare. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat and I recommend him to anyone looking for a short term place to stay. If all landlords were like Arthur the world would be a better place. I wish I didn't have to leave!

Pleasant Stay Enjoyed Myself

I had a wonderful stay in this modern, fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment. The space was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful, and the updated kitchen with modern appliances made everyday living easy and enjoyable. Maintenance was always easy to contact and very responsive, which made the experience even better. The air conditioning worked great, and the apartment stayed comfortable at all times. As a pet owner, I especially loved the convenience of having a pet park directly across the street—it made walks quick and enjoyable. Overall, this is a fantastic place to live, and I would highly recommend it. There was some minor construction going on during my 3 month stay and my tire went flat. The owner was super understanding and let me deduct the cost of repair from my rent and I didn't even ask. He really cared!

Very Nice Place Great Decor

I picked this place as I wanted a nice apartment during my stay in Springfield. Most the other apartments were outdated; however this place looks newly renovated. Has nice pictures on the wall and the tvs work well. I was able to hook up my PS5 with little to no issues. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nicely furnished place that is close to the highway. Takes 2 minutes to get on the highway and from there anywhere in Springfield within short drive.

Truly a Home Away from Home

I had the pleasure of staying here for six months, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The place was not only enjoyable and peaceful but also felt like a home away from home. The owner was always available and responsive anytime we had a question or issue, which made the stay even more comfortable. I am deeply grateful for the time I spent here and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and stress-free stay.

Great location and landlord

I stayed here for 3 months with my kids and mom. I loved that it was close to my assignment location, appliances worked well, neighbors were decent given the fact that i have 2 toddlers who want to play at odd times of the day. Arthur was always available if we had any concerns. Parking was also available which I also loved. The only issue I had was the trash that gets filled up or people throwing trash on the ground when the trash is not even full. But other than that, I enjoyed my stay here

Nicely Renovated and Quiet

I enjoyed my stay here at this apartment. The location was perfect for me only around a 5 minute drive to the hospital that I worked. I had no issues with the host or the apartment. The appliances worked well and the apartment was loaded with all the cooking essentials seasonings, pots, pans, plates, utensils, etc. There was extra linen that allowed for me to wash the sheets and still have some on the bed. I also enjoyed the Keurig brewer. You will enjoy your stay here for sure.

Easy highway access fast internet

The apartment itself is well kept and newly renovated. Heat worked well and apartment would heat up quickly after work. Pet friendly which is a plus because I hate boarding my dog. Internet was great I stream a lot on social media and upload and download stream was impressive. Good experience all around owner responded quickly even though not on location.

Perfect Location

I stayed here for 3 months check in process was fully automated. The place was well cleaned and all the appliances look new. I only had one request while here and the landlord replied within hours. The maintenance guy came same day and resolved the issue. I worked night shifts house was quiet during the day and neighbors were nice. Apartment had off street parking with easy access to the house. This was a pleasant experience. Thanks!
