The Host: Let me start with, what an AMAZING host R is! Quick to respond, flexible, hospitable and made sure your stay was comfortable all the way! Let me add she has the two most adorable and sweet dogs B which is a lab and C which is a German shepherd mix. Very well behaved! The house: The place is fully furnished! With all utilities, Wifi, heat, AC, washer and dryer, own parking spot included. Own bathroom with jets in the tub (occasional spa day) especially after work. Bathroom has hand soaps and towels and the washer and dryer is located here away from where you will be sleeping! You have your own room on the second floor complete with bed, pillows and blankets with own closet with some storage bins and hangers. Very spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped with essentials for cooking, cutlery and utensils. You have your own fridge to store food and space in the cabinets to store dry goods etc. Really all Ive bought was food to make and bathroom essentials. The shared areas are the kitchen, living room (the best view of the pond as it is relaxing) and washer dryer. The location: The location is convenient! 10 min to the clinic I was working in and 10 min to Hannaford (grocery store), gas station about 5 minutes away and local stores, bars, restaurants and shops nearby. 30 min to Scarborough and Biddeford and about a 40 min drive to Portland (no tolls). 20 min to the Limerick overview (must see!). The location of the house is very private and quiet. A pond is in the front and Im glad I got to experience summer time here. She has kayaks and a paddle board which I used quite often in the beautiful pond! The neighbors are quiet, friendly and respectful! I got a chance to ride on a Pontoon offered by the next door neighbors! My time here was an amazing experience. I will definitely comeback and rent with R! Highly recommend!!!!

Peace/Tranquility

R was a great hostess and tour guide! The two dogs on the property, Buddy and Cooper, were truly "womans' best Friends". I highly recommend this lovely home on the pond. It has some spectacular sunrises and great yard layout for relaxing by the water. The amenities were excellent and restaurants were all within about 15 to twenty minutes.
