Bait and switch

Renters beware! This landlord is highly unprofessional and the unit is misrepresented. We were told the listed apartment wasnt available and placed in a nearly identical, cheaply built second-floor unit near downtown and behind the zooexpect constant traffic, zoo animals, and trains blaring at 24 AM. The upstairs neighbors stomp past midnight and wake early, shaking the walls. Youll hear every conversation, cough, and toilet flush like theyre in your unit. Communication is only by email; the actual owner never shows up. Though he agreed to extend my lease, he changed his mind when I refused to handle his overflowing mail, giving me nine days to leave after Id paid a full month. When I pushed back, he gaslit me and accused me of having an attitude before refunding partial rent. This place isnt even listed on FF to avoid negative reviews. Kim, listed as owner here, manages the unit. Fine for a weekend, but terrible for travel nurses needing real rest.

The best!

Spent a little over a month here and it was the best home away from home! Not only is the place clean, inviting and close to downtown!... the owner is the sweetest and most accommodating! I will definitely be staying here again the next time I am back in Columbia!

Stayed for over 6 months. condo was lovely , cozy, warm and welcoming. Great out door pool. gated community . Less than 3 miles to Prisma Richland. Owners were very responsive, respectful and professional. Truly great people. would definitely stay again. Place like that is hard to find!

Great place and landlord!

This place is so cozy and welcoming. I felt at home and safe. The beds in both rooms are great and comfortable. The apartment is equipped for all needs, as if you were at home. Each bedroom has its own digital lock for privacy. The pool is just a short walk across the parking lot and the gated complex makes you feel safe. The couple who own the apartment are wonderful and considerate. They are quick to respond if you have the need to contact them for any reason and will work with you if possible. I truly enjoyed my stay in the apartment and if I ever go back they will be who I contact! Safe and convenient to Prisma Richland and downtown COLA and 15 minutes from the mall and shopping centers. I can't say enough about this place and the owners, truly!

Beautiful and Spacious

This property was so comfortable. I felt right at home in this comfortable space. The owner was wonderful and very responsive. I can't wait to stay here again.
