Jim and his wife were great hosts. Place was amazing, clean, smells good and had everything we needed. Also conveniently located next to UNC rex.

Amazing place, amazing hosts with J & H. Easy to get ahold of, made the place feel like home, great all around. No headaches with parking, and a quiet neighborhood. 10/10.

Clean and convenient

Stayed here as a Travel Sonographer with my wife, place was exactly as advertised. clean, Safe area (which me and wife enjoyed walking often around the neighborhood), walking distance to rex. There is a Harris teeter within walking distance and a cvs which is convenient for grocery needs. The landlords are responsive and helpful throughout the stay.

Cozy condo close to the hospital

I was on a travel contract in Raleigh and this condo was the perfect place to stay. Close enough to the hospital that you could walk if you wanted! Heather and J were awesome the entire stay and very easy to get in touch with. The condo had everything I needed and lots of stores conveniently nearby. Plenty of parking right out front as well. Very clean and cozy, definitely recommend!

Stayed here as a travel nurse and couldnt say enough good things about it. The place had everything we needed, including plenty of private parking right out front. Very close and convenient to hospital and plenty of stores/restaurants. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. Heather and Jim always made sure we were comfortable and were very easy to get in contact with. Definitely recommend staying here!

The home had everything we needed and more! The location was great, close to everything we needed and in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The landlords were excellent and very proactive, always there to help with anything we needed. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is looking to stay in the Raleigh area.

The landlords were incredibly attentive and responsive to any questions or concerns I had, always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.The location was also excellent, with easy access to all the best attractions and amenities in town. I found myself exploring the area and discovering new hidden gems every day, thanks to the convenient location of the property.And lastly, the level of comfort I experienced during my stay was simply unparalleled. From the plush bedding and comfortable furniture, to the fully equipped kitchen and top-of-the-line appliances, everything about the property was designed with my comfort in mind.Overall, I can't recommend this property and its wonderful landlords enough.
