Spacious and bright unit

This was the perfect space for my contract in Seattle! The neighborhood was cute and it was nice to go on walks around the neighborhood, to the store or the cycle spot down the road! The unit is very spacious, has great natural lighting and the garage was definitely an added bonus! I cook a lot and it had all the necessary items to do so! All the decor was tasteful and bright and made the place feel like home. Larissa was always very responsive and such a sweet landlord! I definitely enjoyed my time here!

Wonderful MIL unit

I highly recommend this MIL unit! It is clean, spacious, and updated throughout. L is a wonderful, kind, and attentive landlord. The neighborhood is lovely and I enjoyed walking to nearby Greenwood shops and restaurants. The attached garage was a major perk-I loved never having to search for parking and appreciated the extra storage space it provided. I lived here while working at Seattle Children's Hospital and my commute was never more than 15 minutes. Definitely consider this lovely MIL unit in your housing search!

Awesome apartment!

Awesome apartment! The apartment is much larger and airier than what I expected and has a very comfortable layout. Bathroom has ample room and the kitchen is spacious and well equipped. There are actually windows on all four sides of the space. The large bedroom has a desk for working remote. The area is an established residential neighborhood with lots of trees and greenery and is nice and quiet but on street parking can sometimes be difficult, so the fact that a driveway and garage are included, is a big bonus. I will definitely try to come back if it is available for my next stay in Seattle.

Lovely!

I absolutely loved staying here for just under 2 years while I worked at Swedish hospital downtown. The space is private, clean, and quiet (which was super important because I worked nights!) L is SO kind and was always available if I had a question or on the rare occasion that something needed fixing. It didnt feel like it was a basement as the windows provided a lot of light! Having the extra storage in the garage was also a great perk. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and has a great walkability to everything in Greenwood but also super quick walk over to Ballard. One of the best places Ive stayed in Seattle!!

Awesome stay

L's property was the perfect stay for me. She did a great job decorating this spacious MIL suite. Included is a washer & dryer with a drying rack as well as a nice full length mirror in the bedroom. Added bonus is the garage, never having to worry about finding parking was a dream. As a night shift nurse I was worried about renting a MIL but this property is quiet enough and has blackout curtains. Not to mention how cozy the bed is, I've rented many furnished apartments and this one was hands down the most comfortable one! The neighborhood is nice, perfect area for runs/walks and very close to golden gardens. I commuted to a downtown hospital for night shift averaging 20-30 minutes to get into work and 15 home in the morning so I found it conveniently located. It's in close proximity to a grocery store and downtown Ballard is just a few minutes away as well. L is so kind and was great to work with, I'd recommend this stay to anyone!
