Great location!
What a nice first time experience living in California! This place is cozy, well furnished and good storage for a studio. Loved being so close to work and downtown Palo Alto. Sam is a very kind and responsive host and took the time to show me where I should eat and adventure in the Bay Area! Recommend!
Wonderful life in Palo Alto
My 6-month stay here was incredibly comfort and relaxing. The neighbors were kind and quiet, making for a perfect living environment. Although the bathroom is a bit compact, the studio itself is spacious and offers a great sense of openness. Commuting to Stanford university took about 15 minutes by car or 50 minutes on foot. Downtown Palo Alto is accessible within a 10-minute walk, which was great for enjoying coffee and dining out. Grocery stores are also conveniently located within walking or driving distance. The landlord, Sam, was always responsive and kin, ensuring a hassle-free stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for housing in the area!
Convenience to hospital
I absolutely loved my time living in this charming studio! The layout was cozy and efficient, perfect for a minimalist lifestyle. Off-street parking was a major perk, making day-to-day life hassle-free. One of the standout features was the landlordalways attentive and responsive, which made a huge difference in feeling supported and secure. The neighborhood was truly a gem: quiet, friendly, and incredibly convenient. I always felt safe walking to Lucile Packard, even during early shifts or late returns. That peace of mind meant everything, especially with such easy access to the train station and nearby grocery stores. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-managed, thoughtfully located apartment with great vibes and a solid sense of community. Awesome area to run if you enjoy running.
