Short Term Stay with Fiance

My fianc and I very much enjoyed this stay while I had a short term stint of construction at a local hospital and she travel nursed in the area. The location was perfect with the proximity to North Shore 5 min away, Downtown Chattanooga 8 min away, and the farthest drive always being 25 minutes to get anywhere in the city. Tim was an excellent landlord that gave us much wanted transparency and quick communication back and forth. The property was everything that we could have wanted out of a short term stay with the added ability to fully experience Chattanooga during the fall! If I have additional work in the area, the first thing I am going to do is check to see if this apartment is available. There was a possibility of staying longer due to my work and Tim / the property management company made the lease extension process both painless and effortless.

Completely Accommodating

This is a fabulous location, close to downtown but quiet and neighborly. The landlord was fabulous, on call as needed, flexible and kind in working with us when our dates were uncertain and ever- changing. He always kept his word. We enjoyed our stay in the apartment and had everything we needed. Would definitely return.

Awesome stay

Our stay has been nothing but amazing. The unit is very clean, organized, new furniture and the complex is quiet and safe. The landord T has been incredible, responsive and very welcoming. He made sure our stay would be comfortable and our needs met. Would definitely recommend this unit and I would also come back any time.
