7 months but felt like the best home!

I stayed at Nila's house starting my first job after college. I only left because of family/work commitments, but would have stayed longer and wouldn't hesitate to return! Perfect setup w/ my own hallway: bathroom on one side, bedroom door on the other. The bedroom was spacious w/ great natural light, a comfortable bed, and great storage. The bathroom was large w/ a lot of storage & roomy tub/shower. The personal fridge/freezer was awesome for meal prep & groceries. The full laundry & kitchen access made it easy. I loved unwinding in the pool area, and Nila always made me feel welcome to use it. Ideal for public transit: walking distance to Gardena & Torrance Transit bus stops w/ access to LA Metro bus plaza. Plenty of groceries, restaurants, and shopping nearby. Nila was wonderful: welcoming, responsive, & accommodating. Her sweet dog made coming home so stress-relieving! The house was very well-maintained. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort & convenience in Gardena!

GREAT PLACE AND GREAT HOST

I had a wonderful month-long stay at Nila's house, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, Nila was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. Her warm personality and kindness set the tone for a fantastic experience. Her family was equally lovely and added to the comfortable and friendly atmosphere. One highlight of my stay was her adorable dog. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. I especially appreciated having free rein of the kitchen and utensils, which made it easy to cook and feel completely at ease. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and I am so grateful for the hospitality and generosity I experienced. If you're considering staying here, you won't regret it!

My stay at this home was truly exceptional. The host was incredibly friendly, kind and always prompt in answering any questions I had, making my stay stress-free and enjoyable. They were reliable and attentive, ensuring that everything was perfect throughout my time there. The house itself is beautifully furnished, and I have my own private space with a large bedroom and an ensuite bathroomideal for someone who values privacy and comfort. The cleanliness of the home was perfect, and having access to kitchen, a washer and dryer made it even more convenient. The location is in a great, well-connected area, with bus stops just a short walk away, making it easy to get around using public transport. I truly felt at home and wished I could have stayed longer. It's the perfect spot for anyone who enjoys spacious living with all the comforts you could ask for. This is definitely a home you will miss after you leave. I highly recommend it!

Great semi-private rental (bedroom and bathroom)

I stayed at this rental from January 2023 till April 2024 and had a fantastic experience. The room and bathroom were clean, spacious, well-furnished, and comfortable, making it a perfect home away from home. I loved having my own bathroom with tub and shower, the monthly cleaning service, and access to the washer & dryer and the pool. The hosts were very welcoming, generous, and responsive, addressing any queries promptly. The location was ideal, offering easy access to Harbor-UCLA, Gardena Memorial, the 91, the 110 and the 405. The only reason I left is because, being there for over a year, I simply outgrew the place. And since Im staying in LA on more of a semi-permanent basis, I sought something of my own. However, I had a wonderful stay! I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a great place.
