Hi there! I have a charming and new two-story duplex in the Woodstock / Eastmoreland neighborhood. It's a very family friendly safe neighborhood and close to everything you could possibly need.
It's half a mile to the Woodstock village includes two grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, convenience store, gas station, public library, community center, hardware store, farmer's market (Sunday), bank, UPS, etc.

perfect spot
I LOVED this place. J is so quick to respond and very nice to work with. The place had everything I needed for me and my dog, spacious backyard and super close to a lot of dog parks. I worked at Kaiser Sunnyside which made my commute only 12 minutes! I had no issues during my whole stay and would recommend this place to anyone, especially someone with a dog!

A Hidden Gem!
I loved my 6 month stay here! J's place is so light and airy and well decorated, a perfect home away from home. Her place is a big reason I wanted to extend my time in Portland because it just felt so cozy! The beds are so comfortable I made note of the mattress brand before I left. The neighborhood is very safe and the house is a close walk or drive away from everything I needed. Nothing was ever more than 15 minutes away (and very convenient to have a Safeway and delicious ice cream place 3 minutes away ). It was an easy commute to Kaiser Sunnyside for me. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again!

Cute home in a great neighborhood
Love this home, plants and neighborhood! Jessica was easy to communicate with and accommodating to all of our needs. Everything we needed was a short drive or walk away from the house. This place is a true gem!

Great stay
I really enjoyed my stay here! Its very cute and cozy. It is well decorated, clean and overall was a very comfortable stay for me and my friend. The office works a second bedroom and the bed is actually very comfortable so it is great for 2 people. The area is walkable and close by to what we needed. Jessica is very kind and helpful. The whole process (move-in, extending our stay, and move out) was simple and easy. I would definitely stay here again.
