Amazing place!

I absolutely loved this place! Jonathan was more than accommodating keeping in touch with me, asking what I needed, and working with me throughout my contract extensions! This place has everything you need, including a back yard- which has plenty of sun to lay in and room for pets to play! Everyone in the neighborhood is nice and welcoming, and I always found parking right out front! I had such a great time living here, and I highly recommend it to any future tenants!

Great Place!

This is a great space in a fantastic neighborhood. Street parking was never an issue. Not a through-street so very quiet. The home feels new, and the backyard is truly an oasis. We used one bedroom as an office and that worked out well for us. Jonathan was extremely responsive and a great person to rent from as we settled into San Diego. Highly recommend!
