Detached Studio
I had an INCREDIBLE stay in this studio over the summer! Everything in the studio was in great condition. The location of the studio was perfect with a grocery store and plenty of restaurants within short walkable distance. Patty made sure I had a comfortable stay and was very responsive! This studio was truly a highlight of my amazing summer in Seattle.

Amazing Stay!
Could not write enough about how kind, responsive, and attentive Patty was for our stay in her Better Basement listing. The cost for space, the location, and the actual basement is a lucky gem on this app! Would recommend this living space for anyone :) Thank you again, Patty!

Detached Studio
I stayed here for a month and had a great stay. Property is exactly as shown in pictures. Patty was an amazing host, super responsive and accommodating. I felt very safe at this location, well lit at night and there are security cameras. The apartment had everything I needed and was very cozy. Would recommended!!
