Awesome Stay!

I really enjoyed my stay at this place. I am a travel nurse and stayed here for about a year. Landlords are very responsive if I have questions or concerns. They are easy to contact and super flexible with extensions and I extended my stay about 3 times in that year. I travelled with my pupp and he absolutely loved the backyard and the chicken residing in the coop there . The insides are spacious for us, laundry is very accesible. The neighbourhood is also nice, never felt unsafe walking my dog around. Would absolutely recommend the place!

Amazing Stay!

I stayed here for a 6 month assignment. The space is lovely and in a nice quiet neighborhood, walking distance to tons of restaurants in St. Johns. Landlords were phenomenal! Extremely nice and organized, very accessible whenever I had any questions regarding the property. I felt extremely safe staying here and would absolutely rent again!

Great apartment in a great location!

This apartment was perfect for my stay in Portland. Its conveniently located in N Portland, close to New Seasons, Daydreamer Coffee, and a variety of restaurants. The space itself was inviting and furnished with everything I needed. The owners were super helpful and friendly. I would absolutely stay here again!

Sunny, Above Ground Charmer in St. Johns

My partner, small dog, and I have had a great time in this apartment and will miss it and the neighborhood! We've felt very safe here, even coming home late at night. We've never experienced any problems parking on the street, either. This street and surrounding ones are filled with families and pets - we've enjoyed walking our dog through every one of them! There is a wide variety of charming architecture and landscaping to be viewed in the greater St. John's area. We've loved being able to walk to Pier and Cathedral Parks, along with great bars and restaurants. As for the apartment itself, we are so glad we chose this place. It's the perfect amount of space for a couple plus a pet to be comfortable, with extra storage space in a very large closet! Our dog loves the backyard and the cute chicken living in the back. Our houseplants have done well with all the sun. The owners are kind, friendly, and communicative. We highly recommend this apartment!
