8 months of comfort!

Moved in end of May 2024-Jan 24th 2025. Meeting with Shawn, touring the space, and securing tenancy was a breeze with Shawn. His realty experience shines though his interactions with his tenants. He upholds the description for the property by really making you feel at home. The space is as beautiful as the pictures and feels very homey. The furniture and beds are upscale and comfortable, and the amenities offered are abundant. You really just need your suitcase to stay here. It's private, safe, quiet and comfortable. Although Shawn lives next door, it works out perfectly for communication purposes. I moved only to be a bit closer to work, but still think about that place every day! My loss, someone else's gain. Feel confident that renting this space will be a safe haven and restful, comfortable place for you.

Safe Rental

Cute property with plenty of space. Owners are very kind and responsive. The area is quiet and safe with most of your shopping needs close by. Internet is strong and washer and dryer are part of the unit. I worked at YNHH and it's about a 20 minute drive from the rental -never really ran into traffic. If you work nights - just be aware there are upstairs neighbors in a separate unit (quiet for the most part). Definitely would recommend a stay here!

Cozy!

Amazing cozy property! Owners are right next door which is super convenient! Worked at Yale as a traveler from November-April, 15minute commute. Private parking and safe community!
