Modern, Comfortable, Quiet Unit

The unit is very modern/up to date. I was surprised and pleased with how quiet/private the unit is, and how beautiful the surroundings are. There are so many trees/ so much greenery! I take early morning walks and saw several red fox cubs running and playing on the neighbors lawns. Highly recommended!

Quiet Comfy Apartment

I stayed in this very affordable basement apartment for a few months. It has separate parking and entrance. Mailbox is only shared item with upstairs long term tenant. She is very kind. I didnt even notice someone there most days. Very quiet, comfortable space. Furnishings are updated and minimally used. New bedroom mattress. Everything worked perfectly from ac/heat units, kitchen appliances, washer and dryer. You have access to garage. Smaller area but I kept my trailer in there. Faster access to apartment for bringing in groceries etc. Owners are very attentive and responsive. They live one house away. I work on Arsenal and travel is short. Convenient to grocery, shopping, interstate. I highly recommend stay. Perfect for professional or someone between homes like me. Much nicer than extended hotel and with all utilities/excellent WiFi, much less expensive than short term corporate apartments in local area.

Excellent Quality Space With a Beautiful View

We stayed in this place for about two months and LOVED it. The appliances are high-quality and large (especially the laundry units), everything is modern, and everything is clean. You will love the bathroom, especially the large shower and tub after a long day. The bed is also super comfortable. The listing says one bedroom, but there is also a daybed you can use. The owner is nearby if you need anything. They really thought of everything, even small details like hooks for your towels. The placement of the house means you can rest in the shade on hot days. We were able to sit outside comfortably in July. The view over the hills is beautiful and you can watch bunnies hopping around and lightning bugs floating through the yard. Do yourself a favor and stay here. You will have storage, parking, and a comfortable place to call home.
