Month stay

Great place to stay, had everything I needed for someone coming in from out of state and only staying a month. Place was nice and clean with everything anyone would normally need day to day. Conveniently has a parking spot as well. Brandi was very communicative and everything was done promptly.

Excellent Property

I had a great 10-month stay at this well-furnished apartment it was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location with parking right at the front door. The large bedroom and walk-in closet made it feel spacious, and I especially appreciated the desk by the window, which was perfect for studying during my final year of med school. The balcony was a great bonus for getting some fresh air during the cooler months. The landlord was always responsive and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

Great property!

This property is great and furnished with everything you could need! (kitchenware, bath, etc) It's within 5 min driving to plenty of restaurants and Albertson's grocery store, and close to a shopping area. The property was very clean when I arrived. Both the property manager and owner are very responsive and nice to work with. Highly recommend if you're needing a furnished apartment in Baton Rouge!

Great stay, would highly recommend

This place was lovely and perfect for what I needed. The unit itself is spacious, clean, and came with everything I needed for a 3 month stay. B was a great owner, was available when needed, and communicates extremely well and effectively to ensure a great stay. The area is in between 2 major hospitals and close by restaurants/shopping. Only 10 minutes from downtown. If I came back to Baton Rouge long term, I would definitely stay here again.
