I had a great experience living here! The home is very nice, well-maintained, and exceptionally clean. Its in a very accessible location with an easy commute to nearby hospitals, universities, and beaches. The landlord is extremely friendly and always accessible if anything comes up. She lives just behind the property, which makes communication and assistance very convenient. Highly recommend!

Quiet, clean property

I lived here for an extended stay while doing rotations and absolutely loved it. It's a quiet & clean house where roommates were mindful & respectful. There's also street parking & never had any issues finding parking right outside the house. Angela is a great landlord and an absolute delight to have the best conversations with. If & when I'm in town next time, my first go-to rental preference will definitely be this property. It's home away from home! Thank you, Angela!

The house is clean with clean bathrooms. The owner is really nice and accommodating and available for any questions. The property is close in proximity to public transportation and event areas. Good location

Top notch cleanliness at a house for healthcare professionals

The house is nice and quiet. Cleanliness is very good. There are security cameras in place for common areas for safety. The owner lives in the house right behind and she is always available for any concerns you may have.
