Honest Review

We stayed in Memphis for my husband's work for 6 months. The first house we stayed at was in a rough part of town and was not comfortable or clean. I reached out to Janet about her home that was becoming available and she let us see the home in person before any agreements were made. We knew immediately it was going to be a much better fit! The layout of the house is open and specious allowing enough room for our little ones to play and everyone to spread out. The backyard provides privacy and a nice little grassy spot to play. The kitchen provided what we needed and had plenty of storage for our own appliances we travel with. My favorite part of the house was the fireplace! When cold winter winds hit, we stayed cozy and warm by the fire. Janet was consistently quite to respond to any concerns we had and resolved an issues that popped up quickly! I loved being able to go for walks around the neighborhood and on the trail nearby. We would stay here again if we were back in Memphis!

Perfect Stay!

This place is a "unicorn" find! When traveling as a family, it can be hard to find comfortable and SAFE accommodations... this home checked all the boxes!! *safe neighborhood *near the AMAZING Shelby Farms... a park that includes tons of walking trails, fantastic playground areas for kids, not to mention a HUGE off-leash dog park! *fully furnished with comfortable beds *fully fenced backyard *close to grocery shopping, emergency vet location *comfortably accommodates a family of 6 We have traveled to Memphis multiple times for my husband's work. This was easily the best place we have stayed. Janet was both kind and professional upon our arrival. We knew we could reach out to her if ever we needed anything, and did. She was quick to respond and very helpful. Would definitely stay again! This is our first choice for a stay in Memphis!
