Close to Skyline park and M Hill wilderness single track Mountain Bike and hiking trails. Easy access to the bike path that runs through the city. Two blocks from the YMCA. It has recently been renovated to provide a comfortable and relaxing environment.

This cozy and convenient house makes you feel at home
I stayed at the Dakota Bungalow for a few months and have nothing but good things to say. Owners are fantastic, great communication and always fair and friendly. Location is ideal, close to downtown but on a nice quiet street. Very walkable. The house itself is recently updated to be very comfortable and cute. Everything works well, no issues with electricity, heat, WiFi, appliances or anything else. Couldn't recommend this property any more. You won't regret staying here. I wish I could stay longer!
