Warm, Comfortable, and Thoughtful Hosts

Rebecca and Zac were responsive, thoughtful hosts, and it was obvious they put real care into making the space comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the house felt warm and lived-in in the best way, with cozy lighting, a fireplace, great books, and high-quality linens and towels. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe in the neighborhood. It’s quiet, tree-lined, and has that kind of feel where people are out walking their dogs and generally aware of what’s going on. I also appreciated having Rebecca and Zac nearby but separate. They were very kind and accommodating during my stay, including helping me out with a few things when my work schedule made logistics tricky. After long hospital shifts, it was exactly the kind of place I wanted to come back to. Restful, comfortable, and easy to settle into. I’d absolutely stay here again. Great place to stay!

Z and R were super nice and always very responsive. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Location is perfect for working at Lourdes (walking distance). They have done a great job making this space comfortable for traveling professionals. The beds were so cozy and comfortable. Plush bedding and pillows. Would definitely recommend staying here if working in the Binghamton area.

Best Rental Property in Binghamton!

Z and R really outdid themselves with this property. The House is a very spacious, beautifully furnished 3 bedroom with plenty of natural light and gorgeous original hardwood floors. I resided at the property during a travel nursing assignment and was very impressed with how accommodating Z and R were as hosts. They were always available to handle any issues I had or supply me with things I may need in the kitchen or around the house. The bedrooms all have brand new mattresses and plenty of blankets and pillows. The bathroom upstairs is recently renovated with new fixtures and a new bathtub with seemingly unlimited hot water. Use of the real fireplace in the living room is encouraged, and there are neatly written instructions everything that is beyond common knowledge. The sauna on the property is the crown jewel, and while I was only able to use it a few times it was still such a nice amenity. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and hope to one day visit again!
