Pleasant Stay in Lancaster!!

I was very fortunate enough to find a room to rent temporarily while I was on a construction job for a few months. This woman takes pride in keeping her home in top notch shape! You will have access to the whole house as well as a grill outside if your into that! If you’re looking for something long term or for a few months this is the place for you. The lady that rents the 2 rooms is a very respectful person. Couldn’t be more blessed to have had the opportunity of staying here!

Nutty as a fruitcake!

DO NOT book this place until you sit down with this woman and have a discussion. 5 minutes with her and you will realize she is absolutely whacko! At first I thought she was just being nice until she started making very uncomfortable comments about us going out to eat and having drinks. It sounds more like she wants a man to date. So I thought I could avoid her by sneaking in and running upstairs but she hears me and talks ENDLESSLY about her personal life and kids and deceased husband etc. She constantly asks me to repair things she has broken and makes hints that she needs someone to mow the lawn. Her dog is not potty trained and he poops all over the house. The bathroom walls behind the photos were COVERED in mold when I cleaned it. And if I hadn't installed a window unit upstairs the temp would stay around 75-80. She apparently comes in my room daily because she leaves VM that is so long it cuts her off. I saved several of those if you want to hear how crazy she really is.
