Stayed 2months and it was perfect. Clean and modern. Good location as it is very convenient to many things. The best part is the owner. Hes great and very accommodating. Great communication. Definitely would stay again

Comfy Cozy

The studio was perfect. Clean, up to date and had most of the essentials i needed to make it a home away from from. Close to everything. Laundromat, restuarants and about 10min from the highway. The owners always communicated and made sure the perimeter was clean and safe. Parking spaces were convenient.

Great Studio

I stayed at this property and it was great! It was clean quiet and the host was very accessible. Very accommodating for one person and had all the necessary items needed for a short or long term stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Friendly Owner + Well Designed Studio

The owner works in the construction industry, so it makes sense that he built his own property perfectly. The flooring, the walls, storm-proofing, blinds, all the details are carefully and perfectly designed. He provides paper towels, garbage bags, etc. for free. He respects your privacy and always asks your permission before entering the unit. I said I came to Florida to enjoy the outdoors, so he put an outdoor chair and table for me. There is a lot of storage space built-in to the unit. I highly recommend this place. He returned 100% of my deposit on the same day that I moved out.
