Perfect Location
Very conveniently located place. I was at first skeptical about the basement with no AC. But I was completely wrong. The basement gets a ton of natural light and stays extremely cool through the hot summer. Everything works as intended and Michael has been very attentive and helpful with everything. Would recommend to anyone!

Great location
Securely fenced yard, great for dogs. Walking distance to Natural Grocers, Safeway, restaurants, shops, lively Broadway area. Cycling distance to Wash Park. Quick response time. They addressed my issues right away. Nice to have off-street parking. Convenient to have in-unit washer & dryer.

cozy stay in wash parm
Such a cozy home in an amazing location! Close to wash park and walkable grocery stores, lots of street parking, fast WIFI, comfy beds. M was very responsive as well. Perfect for a 2 month stay!
