Highly Recommended for a Comfortable Long-Term Stay

As a retired couple, we spent 4 months at Eric and Vivian's apartment and absolutely loved everything about our stay. From day one, it truly felt like home. The apartment was spotlessly clean upon arrival, remarkably comfortable, and had a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for daily living. Eric and Vivian are fantastic, warm hosts who answered all our requests very quickly. This is a good location in Oakland -quiet and safe, yet conveniently close to the center, with the added bonus of a dedicated off-street parking spot. We highly recommend this place and will definitely contact Eric and Vivian again whenever we need a home in the Bay Area!

Comfortable, Safe, and Welcoming!

I stayed with Vivian and her partner after having two really bad experiences elsewhere, and honestly, they were amazing. Super kind, always quick to respond if I had any questions, and just overall great hosts. The place was quiet, comfortable, and had everything I needed; washer and dryer, parking, and all the little amenities that make a big difference. Its also in a really safe area, which I appreciated. They gave me my space but were always there if I needed anything. Id 100% stay with them again anytime Im back in California!
