Our family had a wonderful stay at this property, and our children especially loved it. However, the experience was severely tarnished by an incredibly unprofessional landlord. Despite initially appearing friendly and accommodating, the landlord became extremely difficult to deal with regarding our $ 2500 security deposit. It took two months after vacating the property to even receive it. Furthermore, due to an incorrect departure date, we were mistakenly overcharged by $600. Even after acknowledging the error, the landlord has failed to refund the excess amount till today. For the past five months, our attempts to contact him through calls and messages have been completely ignored. If you value your peace of mind and the timely return of your security deposit, I strongly advise against renting from this landlord.
