Perfect location and a cozy little stay

This was a perfect location and little bungalow for our two month stay! It has everything you could need and more. In addition, I enjoyed walking the sidewalk on the main street - it is a nice 2 mile walk to and from the end of the street. Marlene was very responsive to all of our needs and even anticipated them (deicer for the sidewalk when sleet was expected and a new ironing board to replace a broken one). Plenty of room for two people and nice room for storage and organization as well. I can highly recommend this location for a perfect stay in the area. We stayed while looking for a home to buy and we are buying in Belmont since we found the area so exceptional!

Would stay again!

Duplex is on a quiet dead end street. Parking is right in front. Perfect location, close to Charlotte and the airport. Had everything I needed. Would stay here again in the future.

Pleasant stay - convenient location

Had a nice stay here. Very convenient to many locations yet in a quiet area. Sleeping was very pleasant with a comfy bed and good AC. Well supplied kitchen and many other amenities. Nice to have a washer and dryer. I do have sensitivities to smells which created an issue but the landlord was very responsive.

Cozy, Clean and Quiet Cottage!

This house was perfect for our stay. Not only did the decor make it feel like an upscale space, it was well maintained and super clean. It had everything we needed for our two month stay, especially when it came to the kitchen. The area was quiet, the neighbors were friendly but not intrusive and it was a great location for getting all around the Belmont/Charlotte area. The bed was very comfortable, as were the chairs and couches. Perfect for settling in with a good book or show on TV. Wifi, TV, utilities, Washer/Dryer all worked perfectly. The bathroom was just the right size and the whole house has great storage/closet space. Parking right in front of the unit was very convenient. It has an open plan concept which made it feel very spacious for two people. I highly recommend this very cute, comfortable and affordable cottage in the perfect area for a long stay.

Quiet road with perfect amenities

Perfect quiet deadens road. Relaxing back yard with great place to unwind. The duplex house is well thought out with all the home away from home amenities. M is a great host, genuinely nice. I hope to stay here again one day on my travels.
