Cozy home away from home. Close to adventures and yummy food! Homeowner was very nice and helpful when anything came up. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Highly recommend staying here if youre in Knoxville!
D thought of all the conveniences of home. from the Keurig, to the comfortable beds to a TV in each bedroom. There were several toiletries to get started. The place is beautifully and stylishly furnished. Not to mention the convenience store right across the street, snacks were always at hand. It is only a short 12 minute drive to UT. Overall a great stay.

I came to Knoxville to attend the University of Tennessee and decided to stay. I co-founded Graphic Creations as a senior in college and after 32 years sold my interest to the next generation. I am now doing commercial real estate and property investing. South Knoxville is where I have always lived and hope that you fall in love with the area.
