Wonderful find

We searched for housing for our daughter’s move out west. Given the nature of her work, the unpredictability of being on call, the need for quiet to catch up on sleep, a safe, peaceful and calming place to unwind, not to mention study, our search bar was set high. We found the needle in the rental haystack! The apartment is thoughtfully appointed, clean, comfortable and with well maintained beds and furniture. The kitchen is very well stocked with appliances and equipment. The spaces did not feel cramped and the layout works well. The location is only a short (<5 minutes) drive from excellent grocery stores, wine tasting and coffee shops. Our experience with Robin and Carlos was exceptional. Always friendly, never intrusive or uninvited, considerate, attentive, and helpful.

Wonderful Stay

I had the pleasure of a long-term stay at Hummingbird Cottage and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This was a big move for me from VT to WA, so finding a quiet, cozy place to land was incredibly important. From the moment I arrived, R&C made me feel at home. They were waiting in the driveway, helped me get settled, and gave me a full tour. The cottage was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The beds and pillows were amazing, and the space had everything I needed and more, especially since I arrived with very little. The setting is peaceful and scenic, and I loved spending time in the backyard. Friends visited during my stay and were equally impressed. We enjoyed the grill, fire pit, dinners in the yard, produce from the garden, and walks around the neighborhood. Robin and Carlos are wonderful hosts and genuinely kind people with excellent communication. I wouldn’t change a thing and will truly miss living here. I highly recommend this special place.

Cozy and comfortable cottage stay

I had the pleasure of staying at the Hummingbird Cottage for several months and it was a truly wonderful experience. The property is located in a quiet and peaceful setting that is 5-10 minutes from a wide variety of restaurants, retail stores and local wineries. The hosts are kind and gracious and readily available should you need anything during your stay. The apartment is tastefully decorated and well stocked with everything you need (and more) to make it feel like a home away from home. I would also like to mention that the back-up generator came to the rescue after a wind storm impacted the area. While most homes in the neighborhood were without power for several days, the Hummingbird cottage was operating as usual-thanks to the generator. If you are planning a trip to the Woodinville area I would highly recommend booking a stay at this lovely property!

Great Place!

My stay here for the summer was awesome! Place was clean/well kept and owner was very responsive. Super easy and place was very cute and tucked away. Would stay here again.

Summer Stay at Hummingbird Cottage

I stayed at the Hummingbird Cottage this past summer and absolutely loved it! Everything was just like the photos and Robin was the kindest host. Everything we needed for out long stay was provided and access to the outdoor patio and grill was amazing to have in the summer. I would highly recommend staying here, it felt like home!

It doesn't get any better than this!

There are no words for this precious warm place and the lovely property owners. This will always be one of our fondest memories of traveling around the country. It was definitely a 'home' base for us. From the location, to the beauty of the home and getting pick from her fabulous garden to the warmest hosts you could ever meet. We felt like family here. You are seconds away from cycling, running, wineries, stores, and concerts, and yet secluded in the country getaway. We will stay in touch with them always!

Great Stay!

This is such a great place to stay! So neat and adorable. Very quiet. The owners are respectful and accommodating. I was sad to move out!
