Relaxing, private, comfy...

K and R were fantastic owners. They are very relaxed and responsive if you need anything. The space has its own entrance, bathroom, bedroom, kitchenette, and washer/dryer. The space itself is cozy, I always enjoyed returning home after a long day. While there isn't an oven, I had no difficulty in meal preparation. K offers many streaming services via her accounts, so no need to sign up for Disney Plus, etc. Out of all the places I have lived for travel nursing in the last 2 years, this one felt the most like 'home.' Plenty of parking, easy to commute to work, but far enough to feel more relaxed than in the city, and no communal living! Its a gem if it is available. If you ever need ANYTHING, K is an excellent hostess, she makes every effort to make you feel welcome. For example, she had the fridge well stocked with condiments for my use! A small detail, but one that makes a massive difference! Would rent again if I could!
