While travel nursing in the Seattle area, Casa Bonita was the perfect place to stay. I worked in both Issaquah and Seattle, and the commute was about 20 minutes to each with easy access to I-5 and I-90. It’s also conveniently close to shopping, groceries, and the airport. The studio is attached but completely private. I worked night shifts and had no issues with noise, either from the house or the road. The space itself is ideal for one person and fully equipped with everything you need. I loved the fireplace! Liz is an incredible landlord! I can't say enough good things about her. She is so kind, welcoming, and very responsive. She goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. I would absolutely stay here again!

Just like home

I was very glad I made the choice to stay at Casa Bonita in the Olive Room. The neighborhood is felt very safe and quiet. Its also in the perfect location with ease of access to all major cities, highways and pretty close to the airport. The house is newly refurbished and looks exactly as pictured. My room was very clean upon arrival. It was very spacious and had a mini fridge which I loved for keeping smaller snacks close by. Theres a steamer in the supply closet available for use as well as a vacuum for personal upkeep. The property features a spacious living room and a kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook. Bathrooms and Laundry area was shared with other housemates and we each had assigned was days. L is very friendly and responsive over the phone which made communication a 10/10 for me. If L needed to enter our room, she would let us know ahead of time. I would definitely book again. It was amazing meeting you L! Thanks for everything

Neat and Cozy

This place feels homey since it's not too cluttered or empty. The turquoise room was cute and a good fit for someone who brought a check-in and carryon bag. Shared spaces were cleaned once a week, though it's always good to clean up potentially tough stains after yourself. If you can sleep through cars running on a frequently used road, you'll be able to live in this corner home. I personally had no problem with it. L was very nice and her hospitality was great! She provided all the essentials and more. Whenever there was a problem with the house, she'd have someone fix it right away and quickly. She'll ask you for permission before she or the repair person enters your bedroom. And she's always open to suggestions for improvements. I subtracted one star because of the outside noise and all the repairs that needed to be made during my nine months here. Otherwise, I felt comfortable here, and I hope the next tenant feels the same.
