Amazing stay! Highly recommend!

Our house caught on fire and we had to rush to find a furnished place to stay while repairs were ongoing. We ended up staying here and had an amazing experience! The apartment is clean and modern, plenty of appliances and amenities, everything is in good repair, and Dylan, the landlord, is an absolute pleasure. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone!

Amazing!

I stayed here for 3 months but kept extending my stay since it was so great! I cant say enough about how helpful and quick Dylan was with getting anything fixed. The space itself is perfect, all new and updated dishwater, pots, etc and is very organized. Good location and close to forest park and lots within walking distance. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed in D's rental for 4 months and it was perfect for our travel assignment. The place is clean, safe, and in a good location. I felt very comfortable walking my dog around the neighborhood. The property had everything we needed and it's so nice having monthly cleanings included in the stay. If we take another assignment in STL, I would definitely stay here again. :)

Perfect location in The Grove

My girlfriend and I stayed here for about 9 months as travel nurses. Its in a PERFECT location, close to Barnes/Childrens. Its also right off the 64/40 exit. Obviously its a city so you need to keep that in mind but The Grove always seemed very safe to us, even walking home after a night out (big plus in STL). Everything inside this house is so cute. The decor. Matte black dishes and silverware. Really nice Tupperware for leftovers. High quality bed linens. This unit is on the bottom right, so theres people above you and beside you. The backyard is shared with the other 3 units in the same building (its a 4-plex). The backyard is split in two by a small fence so theres not much space for your dog to run or play, but enough room so they can go to the bathroom. The other side of the yard has a seating area & grill which belongs to another tenant. D was always very kind and professional! Also a good communicator. Any issues that came up were resolved quickly.
