It is what it is. Clean and great for a traveling medical professional. I had no troubles here.

Best Place in the city

My 2nd stay here, currently. Enjoyed it so much i decided to come back. My first stay, i moved out because the rentee that left the one star rating, kept changing the heat/air making my stay uncomfortable. The landlord is awesome! House is clean, the workout room is like a mini-planet fitness. The hot tub is perfect for this winter weather. If I get a 3rd contract in Vegas, I'll definitely come back here.

Beautiful Home

Had a great stay while traveling on a short contract. The amenities were modern, clean, and comfortable. The back patio is incredible with a spa, lighting, and technology. Everything worked and functioned as expected. Met the Host at the end of my stay, very kind super respectful. I will stay again on my next contract if available.

Worst rental experience of my life!

The thermostat is locked and set upon an agreed temperature. The week prior to having to evacuate on 2/13/25, the weather in Vegas was warmer up into the mid 70s, so I requested the heat be turned off. The following week the temps dropped down into the 30s, and he did not turn the heat back for two days after multiple requests were made via text. I informed him that it is not legal to withhold heat. These were the coldest days of this Winter yet so I used all the blankets I could to stay warm. He did eventually respond by turning the heat to 90 degrees and stating enjoy". I started packing all my belongings as that temp is not inhabitable for myself and my pet. It was less than ideal to have to leave unexpectedly and have to find another place but I couldn't stay with 90 degrees. I made several trips to move out that evening and each time I entered the property the heat never was set back to requested 68 degrees. I also received a text after moving out after midnight from his poc.
