A comfortable and convenient stay

My husband and I had a long and comfortable stay at Jeffs place. It is conveniently located and has every feature you could want for a long or short term stay. Jeff is easy to work with and super quick to respond. Dont hesitate to book this place!

Great Location!

We had an amazing stay at Jeff's place, which was perfect for two people. The house is updated with everything you need and feels like a home away from home. We initially planned a shorter stay but ended up staying over 6 months because we enjoyed it so much. My wife took a travel job at Christus, and this location was idealjust minutes away from the hospital. The neighborhood is fantastic, with a great walking path for daily exercise. The backyard was a lovely spot to relax; we put up some hummingbird feeders and enjoyed watching the birds. Jeff was super responsive to any questions and always quick to address any issues, though they were rare due to the house being fairly new. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the kitchen had nearly everything we needed. I highly recommend this place for an extended stay.

Comfortable and Safe Santa Fe Home

J and M are excellent landlords. This is my first time in Santa Fe and I was not familiar with the city at all. Jeff was very accommodating and understanding that I didn't want to lock myself into a long lease until I felt safe in the area as a woman living alone. He does have a minimum stay but it was super easy to extend after that. The house is lovely and feels really new and clean. Perfect set up for roommates as the bedrooms and bathrooms are on separate sides of the house. The house comes fully equipped, more so than I expected. Neighborhood is literally right behind the hospitals, quiet and great for walks. I found a great trail while walking through the area. Landlords are always available happy to help with anything big or small. Would definitely stay here again if its available when i come back. I did an extensive housing search and can say with confidence that this is the best choice at this price point.
