Amazing unit, quiet and safe neighborhood, the unit is end of block, so little foot traffic. Carol is the nicest landlady you can ask for. Very accommodating. Will need to enter the main house to do laundry so you'll encounter their 2 cute dogs who are very playful. Has a plug in induction stove. The bathroom is spacious and so is the bedroom. Theres plenty of sidewalk cutouts for diagonal parking. Less than 15 mins from Mercy Merced. I would definitely recommend it.
