Relaxed Stay

I had a fantastic stay here! Even though Im familiar with the Goodyear area, this condo offered a fresh and super comfortable experience. The place is spacious, with two roomy bedrooms and private bathrooms, making it ideal for a relaxing, extended stay. The 65" smart TV in the living room was a great touch for winding down, and the open kitchen had everything I needed, from a full-sized fridge to a coffeemaker and all the kitchenware essentials. I could tell a lot of thought went into making it feel like a home. The location is spot-on in a quiet, gated neighborhood, which made the experience even better. I appreciated the peace of mind that comes with a secure area, along with the convenience of nearby hospitals and amenities. The private garage and extra parking were also super handy! Mireya, the landlord, was wonderful to work withresponsive and truly caring about making sure everything went smoothly. She checked in to see if I had what I needed, which was so thoughtful and made a great impression. This condo has all the comfort and convenience you could want, and its clear that Mireya goes the extra mile to make tenants feel at home. Id recommend it to anyone looking for a great place in Goodyear, whether youre familiar with the area or visiting for the first time

Wonderful Place

I stayed here during one of my contracts as a traveling nurse. This place was amazing. It was clean, spacious, modern and well equipped. It is in a nice/quiet gated neighborhood and I appreciated not having to worry so much about crime/theft. The surrounding Goodyear area was nice/safe as well. Mireya is very responsive and a wonderful landlord. It was a pleasure working with her! Of all the places I've stayed, this has been my favorite so far and I would highly recommend!
