Lakeside 2BR Retreat-walk to lake, beach, ATV to dunes from home

Beware

You should be aware this property sits on a main street and the noise level is deafening day and night. Motorcycles, dune buggies, you name it, roar down the street in the middle of the night. Also, the house next door has most of its windows boarded up and its occupant has fits of rage in the middle of the night, including cursing, yelling, and beating on his walls that wake you up almost every night. He calls them his ghosts. He also smokes you out of the house by burning fires with noxious materials, which fires are supposedly prohibited, day and night, and nobody can do anything about it. We also heard gunshots and fireworks routinely in the middle of the night. All these things ruined our stay and made us so fearful for our health and safety that we left early. Also, if you have small dogs, be aware ours were able to go under and through the fence and almost got run over when they got out.

Clean and Homey!

Great property for travelers! I had all the amenities I needed and the land lords were quick to respond with any questions or concerns. My dog loved the fenced in yard and I enjoyed all of the nearby nature hikes! Highly recommend!

Home away from home

This rental was very tidy and equipped with everything I needed, plus some. The bed is comfortable and theres plenty of closet space. My favorite aspect of this rental is the fenced yard (my dog could safely play outside) and the in-unit washer/dryer. C and T are great hosts and there when you need them. Overall, this home has been a very comfortable environment to come back to at the end of the day and Im enjoying my stay as a traveling healthcare professional.
