Welcome to the Most Beautiful House on Mill Street - This historic house was built and trees planted in 1890 - this photo was taken in late spring, which brings lots of shade for the summer months.

Inside the front door you will be greeted with a warm and welcoming living room with wood floors :-)

This is the wall opposite of the living room furniture - you can see the inside of the front door and a closet door that has storage space. To the far right is the opening to the stairwell to the 2 upstairs bedrooms and 3/4 bathroom and you can see the door to the downstairs bedroom down the short hall way - and - to the right (not seen in this photo), next to the bedroom is the door to the downstairs full bathroom and laundry room.

Walk through the large 11x22 living room into the large 18x25 dining room and kitchen and you are welcomed to eat at this beautiful oak table.

This china hutch is on the other side of the dining room - this and the dining room and living room sets were all gifts my mother wanted me to have after her passing - it used to be full of 50 years of collecting bells - all of which she passed on to family and friends.

Between the dining area and the kitchen is this huge cabinet with expansive counter space which has served many teas and potlucks

The kitchen is full equipped with a gas stove and many cabinets filled with all the dishes, an instapot, stainless steel pots and glass pans, all your cooking, baking and eating pleasure.

Lots of countertop space for creating delicious meals

At the back of the kitchen there is a small porch which leads to the side yard - you can see the cottage where the on-site property manager lives.

This downstairs bedroom with a queen bed is down a short hallway off the living room. This is the view with the curtains closed.

This is the same view but with the curtains drawn - the windows add a lot of light to this beautiful space - in the summer a air conditioning unit is placed in one of the windows.

This is the view of the downstairs bedroom from the head of the bed - this room sports a large built in closet with lots of room for folded and hanging clothes - above the closet is lots of storage space.

This is a closer view of the small desk and other big windows in this downstairs bedroom. It is so sweet to open these drapes and let the sunshine in :-)

This is the full downstairs bathroom, around the corner from the Living roomm and next to the downstairs bedroom - there is a tub, sink and toilet on one side and the laundry room on the other side with washer and dryer.

This washer and dryer are on the other side of the wall in the downstairs bathroom - the laundry room has it's own door which minimizes noise that may come from the machines :-)

Here is west side of the bedroom above the living room - This room has a really nice adjustable full sided bed, nice end tables and a big window.
There is a large dresser and a short/half sided closet on the other side of the room - to be posted soon.

This is the street view of the north side yard - photo taken in the summer when there were lots of leaves on the trees - you can also see the cottage to the back and north of the property - this dwelling has it's own yard and entrance through the back/alley.

This is another view of the north side yard facing the street and the cottage behind the lens. There is a smaller yard in the front and side of the house as well.

This is the smaller south side yard - this is an older photo - there is currently a plum tree on this side.

Photo in January 2026 after the trees shed their leaves and the limbs were trimmed back, which I make sure happens every other year, to keep the trees healthy and keep the limps away from the house.
