Perfect Place for Travel Nurse!

By far the BEST place to stay if you are a travel nurse working in Grand Forks, ND. I cannot speak highly enough of this apartment that I stayed in while working in Grand Forks. The apartment is clean, spacious, safe and has everything a travel nurse needs to make a home away from home. The beds are extremely comfortable, the bathroom shower/tub has excellent water pressure and the kitchen has all the amenities one could ask for including a dish washer. Abby, the landlord is an excellent communicator and can help with any questions you may have about the area. There is off the street parking that is safe and the apartment is easily accessed and can be entered from the back where you park or from the front. The apartment is well lit on the outside so you will be entering the apartment in a well-lighted, safe area. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and only about 3.5 miles from Altru hospital. It is close to everything in town and has easy access to the interstates when you go explore.

Garden Level Duplex

Lovely, clean, well maintained rental. The owners live in upper unit of duplex. I havent rented a space where the landlords reside on the property and it was a wonderful experience. Landlords friendly and responsive to the couple of questions I had. They were respectful of my privacy and did not intrude unless I specifically asked for their input. Property is well maintained and I was able to use the shared backyard for my dog. The unit was also in a good, accessible location with the added perk of an off street parking space. I highly recommend this rental.

Garden Level Duplex in center of Grand Forks

I'm a travel nurse who travels with my dog, and finding housing is always a little stressful. A was very supportive and responsive. The apartment was clean and quiet with good furnishings. It's located in a great neighborhood close to restaurants and shopping, and only an 8-minute drive to Altru Hospital. It is also conveniently close to the downtown area of Grand Forks. I had a great stay there and would highly recommend it to any other traveling professionals! 5/5.

Home away from Home!

As a traveling healthcare worker, I landed the best stay at As and Ms property. The apartment had everything you could need, the king bed so comfortable, Im trying to find one for my own home. The landlords were super welcoming, helpful, and on a number of times went out of their way to lend a hand. I highly recommend this apartment due to the location, safety measures, spacious cozy home/storage areas, and off-street parking. My cat and I loved our stay! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Perfect stay!

A and M'S place was PERFECT for my little family. My husband, one year old and I truly enjoyed our stay. The apartment has so much space, and AMAZING storage space! Nice large open kitchen stocked full of everything you need. It was extremely clean and well kept. The king bed was SOOO comfortable! A and M ensured we had everything we needed and checked in on us to see if we needed anything. We truly cant thank them enough for the amazing hospitality they showed us. The location is fantastic for shopping and restaurants. Dont pass this place up, highly recommend!

Great Stay for working professionals

I work for a physician staffing company and our traveling doctor stated in this unit. A was fantastic to work with. She was cooperative, responsive and attentive. I had no complaints from our doctor about the housing and coming from a doctor that is high praise. I would send other doctors to Abby without reservation in the future. M
