Best host and best stay

I had the pleasure of staying with the host and roommates for a shorter duration and I wish I could stay for a longer time. Easily my favourite and kindest people in the state. I am so glad I stayed here during my clinical rotation at the nearby hospital. The place is cozy, clean and you would not feel like a stranger in this home. Highly recommend.

I would 100% recommend K as a host, From day 1 she made me feel welcomed and fully accommodated as a tenant. The property is full of history and life and would be a great place to spend an assignment. It is literally minutes away from mercy hospital and unity pointe, making it easy to make it to work on time. Staying here, you are also minutes away from Czech village and newbo market as well! I cannot recommend her enough. K, made an unfamiliar environment feel like home. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Thank you K for the great memories and hospitality!

wonderful stay!

I stayed here for my 13 week contract, and let me tell ya best place Ive stayed at so far! The owner is so sweet, and makes you feel welcomed. I didnt hear much in the bedroom unless I was searching for foot steps. The other housemates were wonderful. The owner picks out some great renters! If I was extending my contract I would have definitely stayed! Id 100% come back if I got a contract in Cedar Rapids again. Very close to downtown area. A lot of ethnic restaurants very close. The Czech village is so adorable. And Mount Trashmore is right up the street. Quite the views from up there.

Easy stay!

I stayed at Ks property for 2 months while working a travel contract at Mercy downtown. First, let me say what a perfect location this is! It took me 2-3 minutes to get to the hospital every day. After a long night shift it was nice to be in bed as soon as possible. Second, K made my stay so easy! She was very accommodating, gave me plenty of storage in the bathroom and kitchen, and kept the place super tidy. I have zero complaints and would highly recommend!

Easiest 5 Stars I've Ever Given

I stayed at this location during my internship at St. Luke's in Cedar Rapids. I originally looked into this property because of the 10 minute commute to work, but it far exceeded my expectations. K is extremely kind and respectful and creates a peaceful space in her home, which was ideal after working. The kitchen had every cooking and baking gadget that I wanted, and I was given ample pantry space. My bedroom was very comfortable and a space heater was provided since I was there in the winter months. I did not have any issues with the included amenities while I was staying and parking was never a challenge. K gave me great recommendations for restaurants and shops in the area and was quick to assist me in anything I needed. Given the proximity to downtown as well as Iowa City, and the quality of this home, the price is fantastic.
