I had an absolutely amazing experience thanks to Mathew. From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond in every possible way. Not only did he provide me with a clean and comfortable room, but he also acted as the perfect local guide throughout my stay. Mathew helped me choose the best local food, showed me where to get a SIM card, and gave great recommendations for restaurants and places to explore. His knowledge of the area made everything so much easier and more enjoyable. What truly stood out was his kindness and generosity. He offered me a ride to the lake, and even made sure I got to the airport safely. It honestly felt like staying with a friend more than anything else. Mathew is warm, helpful, and genuinely cares about making your stay unforgettable. I couldnt have asked for a better host or guide. Highly recommended!

Great location, helpful host

Mathew is a very responsive and helpful host. Unit is walking distance to UH and also pretty close Cleveland Clinic. Tons of restaurant options very close as well. Very walkable neighborhood.

This place is perfect for travelers,it's vibrant and convenient, just few minutes drive to Cleveland Clinic main campus and other hospitals in Cleveland. M is people person, flexible and willing to help you if you are new to this city and even he drove me around first day I arrived and showed me the area, where to get my grocery, fedex, and public transportation to airport. Long story short: I enjoyed my stay and will stay here again next time I have contract in Cleveland.

Little Italy Apartments (Matthew)

This outstanding short term rental in the heart of Little Italy is absolutely ideal for traveling nurses, hospital interns and parents visiting adult children @ CWRU or CSU! Perfect accomodations that are meticulously clean, incredibly safe and delicious ethnic Italian food and pastries just downstairs...Brava! The accomodating Manager, M provides a respectful, professional link to the rental. M is an excellent communicator and is always ready to assist the renter to assure that our stay is comfortable, safe and ideal!

Affordable place near hospitals

The host is very amicable and helpful. The area is safe and close to hospitals and the local transport through buses or trains (very cheap transport). Laundry is easily accessible, especially if you wanna stay for longer periods. I'd recommend this to anyone in the Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals. It's a 20-min walk to Cleveland Clinic and a 5-min walk to University Hospitals.

Nice place

This apartment is close to everything one would want. Restaurants, public transport, museums, church e.t.c. The host M is kind and friendly. Very helpful when it comes to where to get stuff.

Safe area, close to hospitals

I had an excellent stay here. As it was my first time in the US, M was really helpful in giving me suggestions about the area and how to get around. He is friendly, very responsive, and always ready to share any advice you need about living in Cleveland. The house is clean and tidy, and in a perfect location for someone new to Cleveland. The area is safe, there are many restaurants/bars around, as well as a market and coin laundry nearby that makes is super convenient. I truly enjoyed my stay here, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Cleveland!

Nice neighborhood close to campus

The location was close to many areas of the campus and had lots of food options nearby. Highly recommend for people staying short or long term near the Case Western campus or Cleveland Clinic.

Safe area close by UH, CCF

The location was very close to CWRU, UH and CCF. little italy is quite a vibrant area with a lot of dining and party options. Could be one of the best area if craving for italian food. The stay was pleasant and M was an awesome host. He showed me more than one rooms to let me make a choice over to select the rooms with the street view are just awesome. I would definitely recommend this place if you're visiting or coming for rotations, conferences and working temporarily around.

Little Italy Oasis

M is the most attentive, communicative property manager. He goes above and beyond to recommend local establishments and help you on your journey. The unit in which I stayed was clean & lovely. It is centrally located in a charming area known as Little Italy, within walking distance to several hospitals, restaurants, shops, yoga and gyms. I am grateful that I found this gem!
